return policy

we accept return/exchange within 15 days from the day of receipt if the hair has not been worn, damaged, or removed from its original packaging. if the packaging has been opened or damaged, we will not accept returns at this time.

to return/exchange your product please email contact@astrahair.co with your name, contact info, order number, and reason for return with the subject line “RETURN/EXCHANGE”.

once your return is approved, a return label will be sent to you via email. please print the label, attach it to the package you are returning, and drop it off at a UPS facility.

once your return is received, we will:

-for returns: credit your original payment method.

-for exchanges: call to take the shipping payment fee over the phone and we will ship the replacement product the next business day.

Astra Hair is not responsible for shipping for return/exchanges.
